We’re looking for people who are intrinsically motivated. The best Fellows are those that have hobbies, passions and/or deep interests in particular problems.

- Describes in detail any hobbies, pursuits or passions they have.
- Show that they care deeply or are intensely interested about particular issues, areas, topics, industries, problems, pursuits.

- Has done their homework on the Fellowship.
- Can clearly explain what their goals are and how the Fellowship will help them achieve those goals. The goals are ambitious and compelling!

- “I can see this person genuinely cares about and wants a job in a startup. They’re curious, ambitious and ready to hit the ground running!”
- They’re able to connect their passions and life goals to working in a startup.
- Bonus points if they’ve done their homework about particular companies and industries.
