• However, we love it when you do your homework! Show us that you have real ambition to work for a startup. Do your homework on startups that you would love to work for, or that you think are special or unique

3. 👩‍💻 Gets sh*t done

• You ask for forgiveness, not permission
• You have excellent personal management systems.

4. 👩‍🎨 Scrappiness

• You always finds the minimum viable way to keep pushing forward
• You come up with creative workarounds to tough problems

5. 👊 Grit + resilience

• You are an unstoppable force and have a demonstrated ability to keep going when things get really tough.
• You ownership of difficult situations and learn from them.
