🚨 LOGISTICS CHECK - IMPORTANT 🚨

1. Check that you received a calendar invitation
2. Using Airmeet!

   • We'll be using Airmeet to run the Fellowship Interviews. This is how you will connect with each of your interviewer/interviewees.

     1. Open your calendar event and click the location link to Airmeet

        • Make sure your camera and microphone is working properly

     2. Once you're in the Fellowship Airmeet event, you can view numbered tables as shown below.

     3. This is where all the interviews will be happening. To make sure you have an idea on how to use Airmeet, please join before 6pm AEST to try the platform.

     4. On the top row of the Interview Schedule spreadsheet you can see the number of the table. You have to attend the same as typed on the table below.

        

     5. Press Join!

     • Airmeet only works on laptops/desktops, please do not try use your phone! If possible please use Google Chrome.
     • Airmeet is a videoconferencing tool which allows us to allocate you to certain tables
     • Total number of applications attending the interview day has been divided into two. Half of you all will be staying at your assigned tables whereas other half will be rotating from one table to the next.
     • Note: it is important to go to the table you are allocated, as interviews between the applicants will be taking place in the other tables too.
     • When you receive your calendar invite, check that your can access Airmeet
     • If your link does NOT work, please check that your computer/browser meet the system requirements as set out here
